As shown in the figure, the SLG35-A mainframe is mainly composed of 9 parts. Firstly, the raw materials are mixed and put into ① the storage barrel, and the stirred raw materials are transported to the ⑤ extrusion cavity through the ② feeding device. The extrusion cavity has heating and ⑥ cooling devices to control the constant temperature required by the raw materials. The screw is controlled by a strong ④ drive device and a reliable ③ distribution box to ensure the stability of the equipment. The distribution box is a key part of the equipment, and the ⑧ lubrication device is forced to lubricate it to ensure operation! The raw materials are mixed, kneaded, extruded and puffed semi-finished products through a specific die at high temperature and high pressure in the extrusion cavity, and finally cut to qualified products by the rotary cutting device.

All the power of the equipment is controlled centrally by the ⑨ control panel, which is easy to operate!

(1) Automatic feeding mechanism:

The mechanism is composed of screw, silo, stirring fin, frame, motor and so on. Installed on the distribution box of the body, feeding through the screw, the speed is adjustable.

(2) Extrusion extruder:

The machine consists of six parts: extrusion system, lubrication system, thrust mechanism, transmission system, heating system and cooling system.

The twin-screw extrusion system consists of two co-kneading screws. The two screws are left-handed, mesh with each other, and rotate in the same direction. During the working process, the materials that stick to the screw are scraped and pushed forward. The screw is composed of five parts, the pitches are 28mm, 22mm, 16mm, 14mm, and the screw pitch at the end is 16mm, and is evenly distributed in the axis direction. Open five semicircular grooves, all threads are trapezoidal threads, and the depth is 5.5mm. There is a heating and cooling device outside the extrusion device to control the constant temperature required by the raw material; on the other hand, when passing through the last stage of the screw, the material can be fully subjected to the action of shearing force, increasing the internal energy and completing the puffing.

The lubrication system is composed of a gear pump, an oil tank and an oil circuit, which forcefully lubricate and cool the rotating parts of the distribution box.

The main driving power in the transmission system is the specially customized MTD series helical gear hardened reducer MTD77, the speed ratio is 1:9.25, and the ABB motor of 5.5KW is directly connected. The power enters the distribution box and is decomposed into two output shafts that rotate in the same direction. ; The helical gears Z18 and Z42 are externally meshed and belong to the triangular transmission system. The two Z18 helical gears each carry the torque and radial thrust transmitted by the screw. The speed control system of this machine adopts frequency conversion speed control technology, which has reliable adjustment, large adjustment range and stable operation. The gear shaft in the box adopts the most advanced tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing set, model M4CT1242, to ensure the stability of the equipment.

The heating system and the cooling system complement each other (matched with the water tower), the heating is divided into three areas, each area is controlled by an infrared stainless steel heating coil, the power of each heating coil is 0.5KW, a total of 1.5kw. The temperature of each zone can be adjusted independently. The cooling is divided into three areas, each area corresponds to a heating area, and the solenoid valve automatically controls the entry and exit according to the heating temperature to ensure the balance of the temperature.

(3) Rotary cutting device

It consists of a motor, a tool holder and a linear guide. The tool holder is fixed on the die body. The motor can move forward and backward through the linear guide to adjust the gap between the cutter and the die! The motor drives the cutter to rotate to cut the required product length.

(4) Control part

All systems of the SLG35-A host are centrally controlled by the control panel, which is easy to operate and reliable in control, and is equipped with a variety of automatic protection devices and status indicating instruments.
