Food production line process design
Production process design is an important part of process design. The selection of advanced and reasonable technological process and the correct design will have an important impact on the product quality, production cost, production capacity and operating conditions after the food factory is built and put into operation. Process design is the design of the whole production process from raw materials to finished products. It combines the production process and equipment according to the nature of raw materials and the requirements of finished products, and vividly reflects the process of food production from raw materials into people to product output through the form of process flow chart. It includes the change of material and energy, the flow direction of materials, the technological process experienced in the production and the equipment and instruments used. Therefore, the main tasks of production process design include two aspects: one is to determine the specific content, sequence and combination of each production process in the production process, to achieve the purpose of making the required products from raw materials; The second is to draw the process flow chart, requires to represent in the form of diagrams in the production process, when the raw materials through each unit operation process to produce products, material and energy changes and their flow direction, as well as the use of which production process and equipment, and then further through the form of diagrams to express the pipeline flow and metering control process.
1. Process flow chart
Each production unit in accordance with a certain purpose and requirements, organically combined together to form a complete production process, and depict it with graphics, that is, the process flow chart. There are several kinds of drawings for process flow diagrams, all of which are used to express the production process. They differ in content, emphasis, and depth because of their different uses, but these patterns are closely related.
2. Material flow chart
A material flow diagram (BOM) is a combination of graphs and tables to reflect the results of a design calculation. It can be used to provide information for review, as well as the basis for progressive design, and also for reference in future production operations.
