How Is Extruded Food Made

  The main working principle of extrusion and extrusion machinery is to feed the mixed raw materials into the screw extrusion chamber of the extrusion and extrusion equipment. The space volume of the extrusion chamber gradually decreases along the direction of material advancement, and the expansion pressure on the material gradually increases. At the same time, the movement of the material in the extrusion chamber is accompanied by strong shear, kneading, and friction, causing the internal pressure and temperature to continuously increase.
