4. When using, start the machine for 1-2 minutes first, then slowly add the raw materials into the feed port, and when about a handful of raw materials can fill the ring groove of the screw shaft head, stop feeding and carry out friction preheating. When the temperature of the standby head rises, the pressure in the machine cavity increases, and the nozzle starts to eject, then the material is fed. Since the machine cavity has not reached the normal temperature and pressure at this time, the feeding amount should be gradually increased slowly.
5. When it is found that the screw groove of the extruder is blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. It should be run for a while after stopping the feeding, and then stop when there is a burning smell. In this way, the nozzle and the screw sleeve can be prevented from being seized. In case the nozzle and the screw bushing are bitten and cannot be removed, do not knock them hard, but remove them from the body and burn them in the fire for a while, then they can be removed. After the operation is finished, stop feeding and let the machine After idling for 1 minute, the machine will stop after exhausting the material in the machine. Then remove the nozzle and screw sleeve while it is still hot, punch out the screw shaft, remove the residue in the extruder, and clear the nozzle hole for reuse.
