Installation and corresponding adjustment

1. About 2 to 3 meters away from the host, connect the traction and cutting parts.

2. Adjust the feet and place them stably to prevent uneven force on each part of the body, which affects the normal operation of the equipment.

3. The power supply of the machine should be installed with a knife switch (or air switch, etc.) to isolate it from the mains for easy maintenance. The equipment should be reliably grounded or connected to zero protection to ensure the safety of electricity use.

Operation and debugging

1. Check whether the connection is firm and reliable, and re-tighten it if it is loose.

2. Turn on the start switch, turn on the traction and cut off the motor, and check whether each component is rotating forward and whether there is any abnormal noise during operation.

3. During normal production, adjust the front shunt frame. After the main machine discharges the material evenly, adjust the traction motor to make the material conveying and the main machine discharge synchronously. The material is sent to the cutting part through the shunt frame and the pressing roller, and the speed of the cutting motor is adjusted. , so that the cutting length of the material meets the requirements.
