SLG72-A large-scale twin-screw extruder is a puffed food equipment developed by using foreign advanced twin-screw extrusion technology combined with our company's rich experience in puffed food technology research over the years.

Host device composition:
SLG72-A extrusion host is mainly composed of feeding device, extrusion extruder, rotary cutting device and electrical control cabinet.
(1) Feeding device:
As shown in the accompanying drawing 1, the material is placed in the automatic feeding hopper, and is forcibly transported by the forced feeding device before entering the barrel, so that the feeding is evenly guaranteed!

(2) Extrusion extruder:
The machine consists of six parts: extrusion system, lubrication system, transmission system, heating system and cooling system.
The main parts of the twin-screw extrusion system are the screw and the screw sleeve. The two screws are double-headed right-handed, meshing with each other and rotating in the same direction. During the working process, the materials sticking to the screw are scraped and pushed forward. The screw pitches are 70mm, 48mm, 36mm, 32mm, 28mm, 22mm, 18mm and 8 shear sections and kneading blocks are combined. The diameter is arc-shaped and the depth is 12mm, which increases the contact area of the material with the barrel, facilitates the absorption of external heating, and is conducive to the aging of the material; The effect of shear force increases internal energy and completes the organization of materials. The screw sleeve is connected with the mandrel by involute splines to form a whole concentric screw. This connection method has good interchangeability, convenient assembly and disassembly, and easy replacement.
The lubrication system is composed of a gear pump and an oil circuit, and is equipped with a special oil cooling and filtering device to force lubrication and cooling of each rotating part of the gear box.
The main driving power in the transmission system is a specially customized parallel shaft helical gearbox, which is directly connected to a 90KW motor. The power enters the gearbox and is decomposed into two output shafts that rotate in the same direction. The speed control system of this machine adopts frequency conversion speed control technology, which has reliable adjustment, large adjustment range and stable operation. The gear shaft in the box is supported by the most advanced tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing set to ensure the stability of the equipment.
The heating system and the barrel cooling system complement each other (matched with the water tower). The main machine consists of six barrels, including one barrel for the feeding section, and the remaining five heating barrels. For cooling, there are 2 sets of stainless steel heating rods up and down in each area corresponding to the outside to control the heating. The power of each heating rod is 1KW, 4 in each group, and the heating power of the whole machine is 36KW. Each heating zone is equipped with a cooling system, and the temperature of each zone can be automatically adjusted according to the set value.


Host structure


The main machine is mainly composed of the main machine automatic feeding device, rotary cutting device, extrusion cavity distribution box drive device, lubricating device, oil cooling device, and control cabinet. First, the raw materials are mixed through ① the main machine automatic feeding device, and then transported to the extrusion cavity. There are heating and cooling devices outside the extrusion device to control the constant temperature required by the raw materials. The screw in the extrusion device is driven by a strong drive device and reliable The distribution box is controlled to ensure the stability of the equipment. The distribution box is a key part of the equipment, which is forced to be lubricated by the lubricating device and the oil cooling device to ensure the operation! The raw materials are mixed, kneaded in the extrusion cavity, extruded into semi-finished products at high temperature and high pressure through a specific die, and finally cut into qualified products by the rotary cutting device.

In addition to the 8 parts, the SLG72-A main engine also needs a cooling water tower and a quantitative water injection machine to ensure the normal operation of the main engine.
