1. When it is found that the spiral groove is blocked, do not stop the machine immediately. It should run for a moment after stopping the feed, until there is a burnt taste. This can prevent the nozzle, spiral sleeve bite. If the nozzle, screw sleeve bite can not be removed, do not hit hard, it can be removed from the body, put in the fire for a moment, you can remove.
2. When the spray hole does not spray out the formed product at the early stage of the operation, it is often caused by the high temperature of the nozzle. The reason is that the material is too dry, or there are foreign bodies in the spiral groove, or the feed is interrupted.
3. After the feeding is stopped at the end of the operation, let the machine idling for 1 minute, exhaust the material in the machine and stop the machine.
4. Before operation, the head, movement, lead screw and other working parts should be removed, the scale and oil on the movement and lead screw should be carefully cleaned, dried and reassembled after cleaning.
5. When in use, start the machine for 1 minutes --2 minutes, and then the material will slowly participate in the feed port. When about a material can fill the ring groove of the spiral shaft head, the feeding will be stopped and the conflict preheating will be carried out. When the temperature of the nose rises, the pressure in the cavity increases and the nozzle begins to spit, the feeding is done. Since the temperature and pressure in the opportunity chamber have not reached the normal, the feeding amount should be gradually increased slowly.
