How To Select Textured Soya Protein Production Line

Technological process of textured soya protein production line:
1. Mixer: Mix the raw materials required for production with a certain amount of water thoroughly and evenly.
2. Spiral feeding machine: The mixed raw materials are transported to the extrusion and puffing machine, and the screw rod feeding can also be used for secondary stirring, ensuring uniform and stable feeding.
3. Twin screw host: Extrudes and puffs the incoming raw materials. This production line has multiple configurations of puffing hosts, which can be determined based on production conditions.
4. Air blower: The product extruded by the extruder is transported into an oven, and the height of the air blower can be freely adjusted according to the height of the oven. The oven has a variety of output options.
5. Five layer electric oven: Bake the delivered products to dry the internal moisture for easy storage.
6. Cooling conveyor: The baked product is transported and packaged while cooling down.
