2. Idling for 1 to 2 minutes first when operating, put the raw materials into the feed mouth, not too fast, when the ring groove of the spiral shaft head is filled, stop feeding, friction preheating. Wait until the nose temperature rises and the pressure inside the cabin builds up before feeding.
3. Feed should be continuous and uniform, material must be dry, must pay attention to.
4. When the spiral groove is blocked, do not immediately stop the machine, idling for a while, and then stop the machine when you smell the burnt taste, which is mainly to prevent the nozzle and the spiral sleeve from biting.
5. After the operation is over, let the corn equipment puffing machine idling for 1 minute after the feeding is stopped, and stop the machine after draining all the materials in the machine. Then remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve while it is hot, flush out the spiral shaft, remove the residue in the machine, dredge the jet hole for reuse.
Working principle
