The pet food dryer needs to heat up quickly in the early stage, shape the material, and then need two hours of high-temperature sterilization and disinfection in the later stage. In the whole drying process, the uniformity of the drying room and the temperature difference between the front and back of the drying room are required to be high, and the temperature difference between the front and rear of the drying room cannot exceed 4 ℃.


The drying effect of the air energy heat pump is very good, the drying quality is much improved than that of burning coal, and the operating cost is basically the same as that of burning coal, but there is no need to worry about the inspection by the environmental protection department, and it also saves a lot of labor costs.
