Large-scale airflow extruder is a grain extruding equipment, which consists of extruding tank, heating installation, rotating installation, safety maintenance installation, vibration reduction installation, rack, base and other parts. It is based on the traditional fire puffing tank, and it is made by technical transformation. Compared with the traditional small airflow puffing tank, the output is increased by 4-6 times, and the safety factor is also greatly improved. At the same time, the labor intensity of the operator is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. At present, it has been found that rice, millet, wheat, highland barley, tartary buckwheat, corn, sorghum, barley, buckwheat, beans and other materials that only need to contain starch can be puffed.
The working principle of airflow puffing: put a certain material into a sealed cast steel tank with a cover, use liquefied gas, gas or coal to heat, and rotate the tank at a certain speed from time to time to make the material evenly heated. The internal temperature gradually increases, and when it reaches above 100 °C, the water in the material surface will escape and vaporize, forming a certain pressure in the tank. When the material moisture is controlled to be about 5% to 8%, the pressure in the tank will reach 0.8 to 1.25Mpa (different material pressures are different). At this time, the material has been basically matured in the tank. If the lid of the tank is suddenly opened, it is suddenly released from high temperature and high pressure to normal temperature and pressure, and the material will be filled with air at the position of water loss and become larger, and its structure will change. , raw starch (β-starch) becomes mature starch (α-starch), and the volume expands several times to ten times. At the moment of release, the kiss flow from the outlet of the extruder and the material bulge out instantaneously, and at the same time, the air is torn sharply, producing a loud noise, and the sound reaches about 100 decibels.
