Installation Notes:
1. Place the equipment in a ventilated and dry place according to the position of the production line;
2. Adjust the feet and place them stably to prevent uneven force on the parts of the body, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment; 3. The power supply should be equipped with a knife switch, and the equipment should have reliable grounding protection; 4. Prepare the burner for oil supply Install the device and connect the oil circuit well; (Note: the distance between the fuel tank and the burner is more than 2 meters).
Instructions:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the connection parts and the oil pipe of the burner are connected securely and reliably, whether the electrical wiring has any virtual connection, and check whether the transmission mesh belt is cleaned; 2. Press the fan start button, turn on the heating knob, and set the temperature Set it to the required range; 3. Start the main engine, adjust the speed to an appropriate range, start the feeding motor I, II, III, and IV, and press the start button of the swing; 4. Check whether the parts are running normally and whether there is any abnormal noise ;
5. After the machine runs smoothly, materials can be added for drying treatment. When the drying requirements are met, close the feeding Ⅰ and open the unloading knob to send the materials out.
