Ⅲ. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. According to the position of the production line, arrange the equipment on a flat and solid ground;

2. Adjust the feet and place them stably to prevent uneven force on each part of the body and affect the normal operation of the equipment;

3. The power supply of the equipment should be equipped with a knife switch, and the equipment should have reliable grounding protection.

Ⅳ. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the connection of the equipment is reliable and reliable, whether the gap between the traction roller and the sealing roller is appropriate, and check whether there is any virtual connection in the electrical wiring;

2. Turn on the power of the equipment, start the drive motor, and observe whether each operation is forward rotation.

3. During normal production, after the main machine discharge is stable, pass the material through the traction roller and send it into the sealing roller, and adjust the speed of the roller to make the traction and sealing speed consistent with the discharging speed.

4. Finally, adjust the gap between the sealing roller and the traction roller, so that the material can achieve the best effect, and then the adjustment nut can be locked for continuous production.
