High Yield Automated Nutritional Rice Production Line
The Nutritional Rice Production Line developed by our company takes Rice noodles as the main raw material, which can be selectively filled with various vitamins and minerals according to needs. The shape of the rice grain is extruded by a twin-screw extruder, and then dried to the required moisture. It can be eaten after cooking for 5-10 minutes. Squeezing and puffing rice can make it possible to strengthen trace elements in rice, and multiple vitamins and minerals can be added during the raw material preparation stage according to production needs. The rice produced by this production line has more nutritional value than ordinary rice. Nutrient elements are solidified in the rice grains and are not easily lost. Workflow of nutritional rice Production Line:
1. Mixer: mix Rice noodles and other raw materials here evenly.
2. Spiral feeding: The mixed raw materials are transported to the extruder, and the use of spiral feeding can reduce scattering and ensure uniform and stable feeding.
3. Twin screw host: The mixed raw materials are extruded into the shape of rice grains through an extruder, and different models of extruders can be selected based on production capacity.
4. Cooling vibration machine: Cooling and conveying the produced product.
5. Air blower: The cooled product is transported to the dryer, and the height of the air blower can be determined based on the height of the oven.
6. Five layer electric oven: Dry the product for easy storage.
