Main structure and working principle:

 

This machine is mainly composed of frame, drive system, automatic feeding system, extrusion system, thrust system, heating system, cooling system, forming system, rotary cutting system, shaft unloading device and electrical control system.

1. Rack:

The frame is welded by 10# channel steel and steel plate, and the lower part has rollers and feet for easy transportation and installation.

2. Drive system:

The drive system is composed of Y series motor and reducer, which is driven by chain. The motor and the reducer are connected by a sprocket coupling, which has high transmission efficiency, low noise, good heat dissipation effect and long service life.

3. Automatic feeding system:

The automatic feeding system adopts screw feeding and inorganic variable speed to control the feeding amount. There is a stirring mechanism in the hopper to ensure that the material does not arch and agglomerate. The automatic feeding system mainly controls the pressure of the host and ensures the productivity of the host.

4. Extrusion system:

The extrusion system is mainly composed of a screw and a screw barrel. The screw has a certain compression ratio. The material is gradually compressed during the movement. The inner wall of the screw barrel has a longitudinal groove, which increases the friction with the material and makes the material easier to advance.

5. Thrust system:

The thrust system is mainly composed of thrust box, thrust bearing and thrust bushing. It transmits the torque from the drive system to the screw, and bears the thrust generated by the screw. The thrust system is related to the performance and life of the entire main engine. The machine adopts a thrust system composed of special thrust bearings, which has a large bearing capacity. Smooth transmission, no noise, easy maintenance and long service life.

6. Heating system:

The machine adopts infrared heating ring to directly heat the barrel, and the heating temperature is automatically controlled by the thermocouple feedback. The machine is divided into six zones for heating, and the temperature of each zone can be set arbitrarily to meet the different technological processes of materials in different zones.

7. Cooling system:

In order to meet the technical requirements of the material with stricter temperature requirements and achieve the purpose of more precise temperature control, this machine is equipped with an automatic cooling system. The automatic cooling system is mainly composed of cooling tower, water pump, pipeline, solenoid valve and water bag. The cooling system uses water or oil as the cooling medium. The machine is equipped with five-zone cooling, and the cooling medium is automatically controlled by the solenoid valve to enter and exit. When the solenoid valve is opened, the water pump pumps the medium from the cooling tower into the water bag, and sends the high-temperature medium in the water bag into the cooling tower. When the temperature reaches the set value, the solenoid valve closes.

8. Forming system:

The molding system consists of a mold body, a mold, a booster sleeve, and a retaining ring. The structure is compact, convenient for loading and unloading, time-saving, labor-saving and material-saving.

9. Rotary cutting system:

The rotary cutting system adopts a spring-type floating rotary cutting knife, and the cutting speed of the knife can be adjusted at will. There is an air duct in the center of the knife shaft, which can cool the knife temperature by high-pressure air and prevent the material from sticking.

10. Shaft unloading device:

The shaft unloading device is composed of a jack screw, a nut, a shaft puller and a shaft support car. When installing the shaft, it is completed by the axle support car and the axle puller; when the shaft is unloaded, it is completed by the jack screw, the nut and the axle support car. It is convenient and labor-saving to install and remove the screw with this device.

11. Control system:

The control system is controlled by an independent electric control cabinet. It is equipped with a host start-up mechanism, an automatic temperature control mechanism, a feeding control mechanism and a rotary cutting control mechanism, with a high degree of automation and simple operation.
